An impressive new build home that we were proud to deliver.

When purchased the clients recognised the site potential alone and the decision was made to demolish the previous dwelling and rebuild a modern home in its place.

Whilst still resembling a traditional house, this 4-bedroom home; with solid masonry walls and beam & block flooring, showcases a double gable fronted façade, proportionally larger ground level windows and a welcoming central entrance area creating a contemporary appearance. Using traditional methods, the cut roof is covered with natural slate and incorporates a glass lantern skylight to cast light over the bespoke joinery made oak staircase below.

To ensure the sea views were maximised throughout the property, the ground level was designed with split floor levels between the kitchen at the rear and living space at the front due to the sites natural sloping.

Completing the property, we successfully installed the hard landscaping which has been beautifully complemented by our clients soft landscaping.
