Grade II Private House, Modbury.

We were delighted to be awarded this building project. The works involved removing the entire existing roof structure and renewing the roof structure and slate finish (whilst the owner still occupied the home!). We reconfigured and refurbished the whole of the first floor and installed a new floor in the old attic space to form a spacious master bedroom and en-suite with a bespoke staircase to link the areas.
