PREMIER MARINAS NOSS ON DART

For this project, Premier Marinas had requested a complete fit out at the Noss on Dart site, ready for the opening of a new café and deli opening Summer 2024

THE ENGLISH RIVERIA CENTRE TORQUAY

We were contacted by the English Riviera Centre about freshening up the café. The café was completed with a contemporary, open-plan layout incorporating a brand new colour scheme. It has bespoke counters and bar, modern self-service fridges, new lounge chairs and dining furniture.

DARNELLS CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS

Originally the old Tuckers Maltings warehouse, we refurbished the traditional stores into brand new offices for Darnells Chartered Accountants in Newton Abbot.

WBW SOLICITORS TORQUAY

Time was the essence with this project here, as WBW had a deadline to relocate from their old offices. Alliance Build Company adjoined two separate shops into an 8,000 sq ft purpose-built office. The office space provided a flexible working space with meeting rooms, a client area, modern staff facilities and secure storage. The exterior was also updated to provide a fresh clean look adding to the regeneration of the area. We successfully completed the project on time and within budget, these offices have since become the ‘flagship’ office for WBW
