PRIVATE DWELLING KINGSWEAR

Erection of a single storey extension to form additional accommodation to the main dwelling replacing a demolished unsightly flat roof garage. The extension offered a contemporary addition built into the hillside.  Generous amounts of glazing were used to create a lightweight and modern aesthetic to the extension.  The walls are a finished smooth render, the windows, flat rooflights and external doors are powder-coated aluminium. 

The roof was finished with a green living sedum blanket with zinc clad eaves offering a subtle overhang.  Externally a patio was formed giving level access from the extension and new stonework walling created to compliment the gardens and surrounding area.
